We’ve Moved

Big changes are afoot here at Azul 7.

As profiled in a recent “Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal” article, our team has been busy over the past few months bringing our human-centered design approach to big data in the health care information space. Our focus on people extends to a philosophy of co-creation with our clients—collaborative working sessions, team sketching and open discussions that uncover deeper challenges and lead to better solutions. This year we’ve seen more than ever how this approach can break down old barriers between creatives, strategists, clients and IT. The outcome has been products and services that are even more intuitive and useful.

With this process evolution, it was only natural that our workspace evolve too. So during the last week of July, the Azul 7 team moved into a new loft space at 800 Hennepin Avenue. The new offices are designed to invite active collaboration and will become an extension of our process, a tool in shaping the creative community we are working to build. Interactive meeting spaces will help us form habits amongst ourselves and our clients—drawing, prototyping and exploring ideas throughout the design process.

We’re looking forward to breaking in the new offices and continuing to grow our co-creative, human-centered approach.
